I recently moved to the bay area after living in Southern California for the last thirty years.  Needless to say as a long time Angeleno, I am in love with my car.  I dented my front bumper and my insurance company gave me a few alternatives for repair work.  After careful research I picked eurasia and was glad I did. Roland H. was quick, honest and knowledgeable.  They were very courteous and also arranged for my rental car.  They completed the job below the original estimate and a day early.  Under promising and over delivering is a good recipe for success.

 

 

So sum idiot decides to brake hard, giving me no chance to brake..with quite a bit of distance, I still hit the idiot!!! My Farmers agent recommended Eur-Asia Motors. I was so happy with my car!!!Harry and the team did an awesome job! Daniel kept me posted on my car's status, let me borrow a loaner, and they gave me an excellent price on my tires in the end!! Im so happy,... If you want perfection, Eur-Asia is it.

 

Perfect! Seriously, I could not have asked for better service.  I took my car to them for some insurance work and they could not have been nicer, more professional and easy to deal with.  They kept me posted and got the job done on time and beautifully.   They are now my go to place for my automotive care.  What a great shop, great service, great people.  I cannot recommend them more highly.  Thank you, John and Jeff.  I'll be in for my oil change soon.

 

I got rear-ended by a cab two weeks after getting my car back from another repair shop for...(wait for it) back bumper and fender damage. 

 

Aaaanyway, the cabbie's insurance sent me to Eur-Asia for the repairs.  What an amazing experience.  Aside from a half-star deduction for never calling me to update the completion date (but they did call the insurance company, which then called me, so I can understand), the car was ready when promised (ahem, Alioto's), the work was beautiful, the car washed, waxed, and the interior was spotless. 

 

Now, hopefully nothing evil will befall my car for a good long while.  But if it does, I'm going back to Eur-Asia.

 

 

Amazing experience!!!

 

I had my car repaired at another shop in over the 2009 Summer at a shop I had been doing business with for years. After they completed the repairs, I began having some electrical problems. I took my car back to them and they found the problem, but they failed to accept responsiility nor would they try and help me fix the problem with AAA.

 

So I took my car to Eur-Asia Motors. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and even helped make AAA accountable for the repair months after the initial body work was done by the former shop. They made what could have been a major problem and hassle into NO hassle!!!

 

These guys know their stuff! They are friendly, easy-going inividuals who work as a team and really go out of their way to help their customers. They are the complete package of what a business should be based on.

 

So don't go wasting your time elsewhere. Eur-Asia is the place to go for ALL of your automotive repair needs.

If you tell them Marco referred you, they will get you a GREAT price on all of the work you need done....and that's top-notch service at a reasonable price!!!

Eur-Asia Motors did beautiful work repainting my Boxster's bumper (which had a few minor but noticeable cracks in the paint...probably from someone backing into me in a parking lot). Not only did Eur-Asia have my car ready a day ahead of schedu...le--they also detailed my car, offered a complimentary wax in 30 days, and left a generous bottle of touch-up paint hanging from a "thank you" bag on my steering wheel. I came in here having a very bad morning. My driver's side window was broken (fortunately nothing of significant value was taken) the night before. I was skeptical about that parking spot on the edge of the Tenderloin!

In any case I phoned in and worked with Jeff Gotelli. Very responsive, helpful, and superior customer service. Dropped the car off on Thursday mid-day and it was ready on time the next Monday at 5. The work that was performed was done well. Can't tell it's a replacement window and got rid of all the glass shards that were in the vehicle. They even washed the car very well for my pick-up.

Eur-Asia has worked on my Mercedes twice: once when the front spoiler cracked a while back and last week when I was involved in a fender bender that bent the entire front left area of the car. In both instances the auto body work and paint job was simply superb. This is the first nice car I bought myself, I love it and am REALLY picky about the work that is done on it. The customer service I received from Jeff Gotelli was incredible: follow up phone calls,  he answered all of my questions, was incredibly helpful, the work done on time, complimentary detailing of the car etc...I mean where else do you hear "if you are unhappy about anything, just bring it back". I've been in sales for 15 years and have led many sales teams. I can tell when a business stands out from the pack and Eur-Asia does. The general impression I get from Eur-Asia is that it is run by honest people who are experts at what they are do and who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Many business owners in this industry are only interested in taking money, sucking you dry and giving you mediocre service. Eur-Asia runs its business the old fashion way by giving more than they take in. Harry Ming, the owner, strikes me as the kind of person that takes others under his wing, who is actively involved in the business and has a very specific philosophy on how his business should be run. All the employees seemed happy. I asked one of the guys who gave me a ride after I dropped my car how long he had known Harry for. He said"since I was 10!". This is a very special auto-body shop. Even if your appraiser recommends another body shop, I strongly suggest you take your car to Eur-Asia. I wish more businesses were run the way Harry Ming runs his.

So at the beginning of this year my car was stolen. I thought that was bad till they recovered it.

Thank goodness for Eur Asia motors. After getting a cab ride to Pier 70 compliments of SFPD to retrieve my vehicle, Eur-Asia motors not only came to tow my car, they came after hours and offered to take me home (this was huge considering I was in the middle of the ghetto car graveyard).

Anyhoo, not only did Eur Asia fix my car it's in better shape than ever. I would definitely recommend this spot and will use it for future repairs!

 

accidents suck. thank god it wasn't my fault.

the original estimate from AAA was $2000

i dropped my car off, they said "no problem"
they found more damage. $2000 more. (good try AAA)

but before they called me with this update:
they called AAA on their own
got an adjuster out. redid the estimate
got them to approve all Honda original parts
THEN they called me with the news and said "no problem".

they said 5 days and it took 5 days.
my car looked brand new.
no. it looked better than new!
most places are nice enough to wash your car.
THEY DETAILED IT!! inside and out.

i signed some papers.
they gave me my key
and said "no problem"

they said no problem and they meant it.
and it didn't cost me a dime.

thank you Eur Asia. i will forever only recommend YOUR services!
oh yeah. all parts guaranteed for life. word!

UPDATE: the next day i went for some coffee. i opened up the cup holder to put my drink and there it was. a 5-6oz bottle of my exact paint color (w/ a tiny brush) to use on any scratches or dings i get over the years. nicest present EVER!! Eur Asia is that company your grandparents talk about in the good ol' days when customer service still mattered.

What service! I had the dumbest accident last month. I was in a rush to pick up my lovely Yelp friends Leggy Laura B., Amy W., and Kathryn T., so we could go to the Sam Flores opening at White Walls Gallery, and someone had blocked my driveway. I tried to maneuver onto the sidewalk and go far enough down so I could head out  the next driveway, but when I thought I should just back up a couple more inches to be clear, I heard a sickening crunch! My poor, poor  Scion Xb that I just bought four months ago, my first new car ever, was no longer the pristine beauty it had been moments before. I had crashed into a pole that was in my blind spot, and now my bumper and rear light were totally cracked, and my side panel bent!  I picked up my friends, and we went to the art opening, but my night was essentially ruined. I put off making a claim, feeling so stupid, crashing my car before it was even four months old, but I finally summoned up the courage, and made a claim to Mercury, which recommended Eur-Asia Motors. I dropped my car off this morning, and the experience was nothing less that fantastic. I was promptly served by friendly Jeff Gotelli, and within 35 minutes I had all paperwork filled out, photos taken of my car, an estimate provided and explained, and the reassurance that my car should be fixed and back to its original condition by the end of next week. Plus I was able to get to work with time to spare. I should have never have worried, getting my car fixed has actually ended up being a pleasant experience.
***Update***
Yay! I got my car back and it is beautiful. You would never know that it had lost its innocence. I dropped it off on Friday and got it the next Wednesday, along with a lifetime guarantee for work done. Plus, both the inside and outside were sparkly clean. I told the guys that they should check out Yelp, (which they'd never heard of) and that I wrote them a good review. They were so grateful and unassuming about it.

i had the misfortune of being involved in an auto accident about a month ago (got T-boned - not at fault) and was heartbroken to see that my zippy 2000 red toyota celica looked like it would never see another street in SF...surprisingly, my insurance company/Eur-Asia Motors didn't delcare it a total and so into the shop it went for 3 weeks.

throughout the entire ordeal, Eur-Asia motors had incredible customer service - from giving me a ride over to Enterprise Rental Car to calling me regularly to provide progress reports. when i finally picked up my car last Friday,  i was stunned: my car was not only repaired (the damages were pretty extensive on the driver side) but a dent un-related to the accident had also been fixed. i was so grateful.

i wouldn't want to wish another accident on myself or any of you, but we all know these things happen in life. Eur-Asia Motors will make it all so much easier to cope.
